2022 Conference
Our 2022 virtual New England Minority Nurse Leadership Conference, “Innovative Strategies For Rebuilding The Nursing Workforce,” was a tremendous success. We want to thank our speakers, moderators and conference sponsors. This annual conference was a unique and exciting collaboration between eight New England Chapters of the National Black Nurses Association, National Association of Hispanic Nurses, and the National Association of Nigerian Nurses in North America, CT Chapter.
Thank you to our planning committee for their time, expertise, resources and commitment throughout the year as we pivoted to an online platform. 2022 has been a challenging and unprecedented year; however, we’ve remained steadfast and demonstrated leadership agility. We hope to see you in person for 2023! Please use the links below to access the session recordings and speaker PowerPoint presentations.
